A county assessor administers laws and regulations to ensure property is assessed accurately and all property owners are treated fairly and impartially.

As the current Assessor of Ventura County, I have over 38 years of experience and the knowledge to lead the Ventura County Assessor’s Office over the next four years.

With today’s unpredictable real estate market, the constant stream of new laws and regulations and the  implementation of Prop 19, the people of Ventura County need strong and experienced leadership in the assessor’s office.

I pride myself on making changes to improve efficiencies throughout the Ventura County Assessor’s Office. I have demonstrated fiscal proficiency, which will enable me to keep our department within its allocated budget. And I will continue to provide the best customer service to the citizens and property owners of Ventura County.
